Fainareti participates in the European Erasmus+ project "MothersCan: Bringing women back to work". The project aims to support the professional development of mothers and their long-term reintegration into the labor market through the strengthening and acquisition of specific skills.
MothersCan promotes the principle of equal participation in the labor market with equal employment and career opportunities in the EU.
The project applies to mothers who are unemployed or long-term unemployed, who work part-time, although they would like to work full-time and single parents.
